Two male Hirschi High School students are in custody in Wichita Falls, Tex. after allegedly sexually assaulting a female student in the hallway and auditorium of the school earlier this month.

TRN reports that the incident occurred on September 6 when an administrator told Wichita Falls police that a 16-year-old girl said she had been sexually assaulted.

During a forensic interview at Patsy's House Child Advocacy Center, the victim said she had been walking down a hallway at school when 17-year-old Xavier Jose White grabbed her by the hands and pulled her into a stairwell where White and another unidentified 16-year-old male student started fondling her.

She said the younger student then picked her up and put her over his shoulder and took her down the hallway to a secluded room in the auditorium where he forced her to sit on his lap while White held her hands down. She said the the younger student then sexually assaulted her under her skit while White tried to kiss and bite her on the neck. When she told them to stop, she said they just laughed at her.

White and the younger student both admitted to participating in the attack, and surveillance video confirms that the younger male student did in fact carry the victim down the hallway.

White was arrested on Friday morning (9/23) and charged with sexual assault of a child. His bond has been set at $25,000 and he was still being held in the Wichita County Jail as of Monday (9/26). The younger student was turned over to juvenile authorities.
