Wichita Falls Man Sentenced in Child Porn Case

A 58 year-old Wichita Falls man has plead guilty to possession of child pornography with intent to distribute.  89th District Judge Charles Barnard sentenced Kim Matthew Taylor to 15 years in prison on six counts.

In late 2013, Wichita Falls police investigators linked an IP address from a peer-to-peer file sharing network to Taylor.  The computer associated with that IP address had downloaded multiple images and videos believed to contain child porn.  Taylor was arrested in December of 2013 and has been held in the Wichita County Jail on over $600,000 in bonds.
