After being let off the hook for suspected DWI due to lack of evidence, police dash-cam footage of Texas Judge Nora Longoria has been released showing Longoria failing her sobriety test.

Judge Longoria of the 13th Court of Appeals was originally arrested in July after being pulled over for going 69 in a 55 zone.  According to the police report, Longoria's speech was slurred and she smelled of alcohol, and even admitted to drinking five beers at dinner three hours prior.  Longoria refused a Breathalyzer or blood test and was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.  The arresting officer reported that Longoria begged him to let her go, saying he would be ruining her life by arresting her.  Longoria also reportedly refused to be handcuffed and told the officer he would have to drag her to his car.

With the lack of a Breathalyzer or blood test, the case was dismissed on the basis of lack of evidence, resulting in Longoria only paying a $500 fine.  Since the dismissal, news station KGBT obtained the dash-cam footage of the sobriety test, footage that District Attorney Rene Guerra reportedly never requested from the police department before dismissing the case.  Since the release of the tape, Guerra has said there are no plans to reopen the case and prosecute Longoria.
