77-year-old Willie Murphey is a grandmother, self reliant retiree, and a power lifter. 1 of those things seems a little out of place. She started out in an over 50 weight training program as a way to get healthier. In the 4 years since she started, she's become an anomaly in the world of competitive power lifting. She weighs 105 pounds but can power curl 60 pounds and dead lift 215 pounds! She says one of the best parts is that she doesn't need any help in carrying in her groceries or shoveling her own snow.
