These State Of The Union Remix Videos Are Hilarious

I have a confession to make, I'm a political junkie.  Whenever it comes to a debate or a State of the Union speech, I'm glued to my TV. Much like someone watching sports, I get really into it. I yell at the TV when I disagree and I cheer and clap when I agree. So you can go ahead and assume what I was doing last night, I was watching the State of the Union speech.

Now, I'm not here to bore you with a recap or to get anyone riled up with my personal political beliefs. If you want to buy me a beer sometime and talk politics, I'd be glad to. If you want to hear last nights speech, you can watch it online.  Today, with the speech over and done with, I'm here to have some fun.  That is what led me to looking up one of my favorite things. Remixes of the speech!

I present to you, two different versions of last nights speech.  The first one is a complete remix. Things are taken out of context. Sentences are put together in ways they were never meant to be. The results: Something much much different than what was said. Being that political junkie that I said I was, I couldn't help laughing out loud at some of these new lines.

This next remix is slightly different. Instead of taking things out of context, it really just tries to get the best use of rhyme. I can only imagine the time involved to find the right lines from an hour long speech to fit them with a song.

It doesn't matter your political affiliation, hopefully these new versions of the 2014 State of the Union provide you some entertainment.
