Texas DPS Officer Gets Stuck in Patrol Car Window [VIDEO]

An unidentified Texas Department of Public Safety officer has been immortalized in a viral video showing him getting stuck in the driver-side window of his patrol car.

The 8-second clip has nearly 45,000 views since being uploaded on the 23rd.  Little is known about the situation other than taking place in South Texas and the officer's car was apparently stalled out in flood water.  The Texas Department of Public Safety has yet to respond to email requests for comment.
