Six-time Grammy award winner Taylor Swift is turning 23 this week. And she's going to celebrate by releasing her 23rd music video for 'I Knew You Were Trouble' from her 'Red' album.

It's going to be a good week for the country-pop crossover star. In honor of the 22 popular videos she's already released, MTV is throwing Swift a week-long birthday party. The network will play all of her videos throughout the week and create a photo gallery of the popular megastar for fans to enjoy.

Oh Thursday (Dec. 13) at 4:40PM ET, Swift will premiere the 'I Knew You Were Trouble' video in full. Like most of her songs, the tune is about a girl who falls for the wrong guy. In the video, Reeve Carney (who plays Peter Parker in the Broadway stage version of 'Spider Man') plays the bad boy, while Swift plays the part of the girl who knew better than to get involved with him. Some behind-the-scenes shots confirmed that the 'Red' hitmaker dresses like a punk chic with pink hair for the video.

"As soon as I started writing this song, I knew it was different from anything else on the record, so I knew that I wanted the video to be different from anything we'd ever done," said Swift (according to USA Today). "I wanted to tell the story of a girl who falls into a world that's too fast for her, and suffers the consequences."

This Thursday, you can see how different the 'I Knew You Were Trouble' video is from Swift's previous releases. And while you're at it, you can mentally wish her a happy 23rd birthday!
