Taylor Swift's ardent, dedicated fanbase did it again. The singer won the fan-voted Female Video of the Year at the 2013 MTV VMAs, with no disruption from her nemesis Kanye West this time ... thankfully!

Swift proved that living well is the best revenge as she snagged the Moonman on Sunday (Aug. 25), looking gorgeous and Old Hollywood glam in a dark blue (or purple, depending on the lighting) Herve Leger bandage dress with a plunging neckline and her hair styled in finger waves. She also got a little dig in at her ex, One Direction's Harry Styles, who was there at the ceremony.

Swift hit the stage to accept her Moonman for her 'I Knew You Were Trouble' video, the song of which is rumored to be about her short, but high wattage fling with the boyband singer. Swift was flanked by EDM robots Daft Punk and Pharrell Williams.

"I want to thank the fans because I tweeted about this a lot," Swift said upon accepting her award. "I really, really wanted this and thank you so much for doing this for me."

But it wasn't all pleasantries and thanking her diehard fans.

She got her dig in at Styles, presumably, adding, "I also want to thank the person who inspired this song, who knows exactly who he is, because now I got one of these. Thank you so much!"

Zing! Of course, the camera's next target was Styles, who was chomping gum and wearing a grin.

The score? Taylor Swift, 1. Harry Styles, 0.
