Sugarland’s Road Manager Credited With Saving The Band’s Life

Sugarland is feeling very fortunate to have survived the Indiana State Fair stage collapse last weekend that killed 5 and injured dozens. Under most circumstances, Jennifer Nettles, Kristian Bush and the band would have been on that stage the moment it came down. Instead, they were backstage - thanks to a last minute decision by their road manager.

Stage Collapses At Indiana State Fair, 5 Killed And Many More Injured

Yet another freak tragedy has hit our homeland. This time at the Indiana State Fair in Indianapolis. Just before Sugarland was set to take stage on Sat. Aug 13, Mother Nature stepped in with a plan of her own. As I read more and more, it became evident on just how tragic this accident really was! Blame it on weather, lack of preparation, or whatever you would like, just keep all of the family's of the injured and deceased in your thoughts and prayers. Just a horrible situation all around.
