The whole shebang kicks off Thursday evening with Texas troubadour, Mike Blakely,  in the Great Room at the Kemp Center for the Arts.

I've had the pleasure of hearing Mike perform on a couple of occasions and if you like Texas, cowboys (the ones on horses, not the ones on the football field), horses,  songs that tell stories, richly described characters and the history of the Lone Star State, you're gonna LOVE Mike Blakely's music Thursday evening!

But that's just the start of a three day event taking place at the Kemp Center For The Arts at 1300 Lamar downtown and the Kemp At The Forum at 2120 Speedway.

Brantley Gilbert’s Taste Of Country Christmas Tour on December 9th immediately comes to mind, as does the Trans Siberian Orchestra performance on November 11th, but the show that’s really got me excited is the Davis – Miller – May performance scheduled for this Friday (November 4th) at The Kemp At The Forum on Speedway.

If you’ve ever picked up an acoustic guitar and hammered out a tune or two, this is a show you’re going to love! Let’s take a look at the three individuals that make up this incredibly talented trio.
