One of the things that comes along with the temperature change is Falls Fest, the annual party in Lucy Park put on by the ladies from the Junior League of Wichita Falls. This year's event is Friday, September 30th and Saturday, October 1st.

For most of us, Falls Fest is synonymous with an outdoor concert in the evening and the feature performers this year are the Josh Abbott Band on Friday night and K.C. & The Sunshine Band on Saturday night. But Falls Fest is much more than that.
