Things got out of hand during a Halloween party last Saturday night here in Wichita Falls.

According to the Wichita County Sheriff’s Office, at around 3am Sunday, someone used a front-end loader to damage a pickup parked on the 100 block of Wellington.

Shortly after, a fight broke out when several teenagers from inside the party where the truck was parked came outside to see what was happening.

Speaking to KAUZ, one witness said the attackers were throwing pipes through the pickup and were using the front-end loader to raise it up off the ground and smash it, resulting in the truck being totaled.

Apparently, the party crashers had locked the front gate on the way in and as many as 20 or 30 cars were lined up trying to exit, but were unable to do so.

Several victims went to Neighbors Emergency Center for treatment afterward. One girl that was in the truck that was totaled suffered a severe injury to her forehead and had to get 11 stitches near her nose.

The investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made at this time.
