Yet again, science has made life way better! Researchers at the University of Zurich have just discovered that foods that are rich in Niacin (also known at Vitamin B3) are linked to a longer life.  There's a few foods that are high in Niacin like avacadoes, brocolli, nuts, and.....BACON!

Their study finds that eating high niacin foods tricks you body into thinking that it's performing physical tasks. Basically, science just told us that you can eat bacon and your body thinks you ran on the treadmill.  Thanks, Science!
