Rascal Flatts is taking some credit for pop singer Justin Bieber’s much-talked about do. The group was on the video shoot with Justin for their duet, “That Should Be Me,” when Justin got his hair cut. Jay DeMarcus posted a picture of himself with Justin, who was sporting the new look.
