While we were all watching the CMA Awards last night (Wednesday, November 9th), the Republican Presidential candidates were on another channel. And things didn't go quite as planned for Texas Governor, and Presidential hopeful, Rick Perry.

The cast of Republican presidential candidates were in Michigan for a CNBC debate on the economy. Unlike some recent debates when the candidates have gone after each other, last night's was a largely sedate event, with the eight mostly aiming their fire at President Obama. However, it was marked by two striking moments, when Herman Cain mocked Democratic House Minority Leader and former Speaker Nancy Pelosi by calling her "Princess Nancy", and when Texas Governor Rick Perry had a stunning brain freeze and couldn't remember the third of three federal agencies that he wants to shut down.

Here's a brief video of the event.

So, the Question Of The Day is: Can Rick Perry's Presidential Campaign Recover?
