The ACM Party for a Cause is giving lots of bands a reason to head to Vegas, and it's not for the slot machines or Cirque du Soleil. As several fan-favorite country bands get ready for the Outnumber Hunger Live! concert, the Band Perry speaks out on the importance of raising awareness on hunger in America.

Trio member Kimberly Perry tells AXS TV, “One in six Americans struggles with hunger. These people live everywhere. They could be our neighbors. They are fans at our shows. They are kids in our schools. Hunger is a serious issue and we are proud to raise awareness with our Big Machine labelmates through the Outnumber Hunger Live! concert and  TV special.”

The concert, broadcasted by AXS TV and Big Machine Label Group, will be a special two-hour event on Saturday, April 6. While many fans can't wait to see the Band Perry onstage, the 'Better Dig Two' bandmates have named the performers they're most excited to see. The Perry brothers listed off Brantley Gilbert and Justin Moore, while their sister can't wait to sing along with future tour mate and winner of 'The Voice,' Cassadee Pope.

It's encouraging to see the humanitarian efforts of the Band Perry, and their stance to be 'Done' with hunger in America is inspirational. This is an exciting time for the platinum-selling trio, as their sophomore album 'Pioneer' is set to hit stores, and they just released the second single from this highly anticipated album.
