As an avid Netflix viewer, I was pretty sad to hear that at the end of 2013 a plethora of great movies were being removed from its streaming service. I don't have any sort of cable on my TV, so Netflix is my primary source of television entertainment.

The new year brought good news, though. According to a Reddit thread, a bunch of new movies were added to take the place of the recently expired titles.

I'm pretty excited to watch some movies I haven't seen in a few years, like 'American Psycho' and 'Spaceballs.' Plus, one of the greatest films ever made is now available -- 'Good Burger' can now be viewed whenever you want! (side note: I once seriously got in a major fight with a girlfriend because she didn't want to watch this movie. Needless to say, there's a reason she's now an ex).

Here's the list of new additions to Netflix:

  • 'American Psycho' (2000)
  • 'Raging Bull' (1980)
  • 'Thelma and Louise' (1991)
  • 'West Side Story' (1961)
