  • Luke Bryan‘s debut album, I’ll Stay Me, was released in 2007.
  • Toby Keith and Scotty Emerick performed for 25,000 troops and president George W. Bush at Miramar Marine Air Corps Station near San Diego in 2003.
  • When a power outage zapped the electricity for 50 million residents in the Northeast in 2003, Jo Dee Messina improvised, doing a 30-minute acoustic set at the Turning Stone Resort & Casino in Verona, New York.
  • Alison Krauss + Union Station‘s New Favorite album was released in 2001.
  • Garth BrooksThe Hits became the first best-of album by a country-based artist certified for shipments of 7 million units in 1995.
