The sun really seems to be shinin' on Jerrod Niemann lately. He visited with the fifth graders of the acclaimed PS22 Chorus on Tuesday (October 2nd) where they joined him in singing. Jerrod  stopped by the school, located in Graniteville, Staten Island, N.Y., to donate new instruments, including a drum set and a piano.

He didn't go away empty handed, though, his "thank you" came in the form of 65 fifth grade voices accompanying him on an acoustic performance of his current hit single, "Shinin' On Me" and becoming an honorary member of the PS22 Chorus.

Jerrod said, "Having a chance to meet and perform with PS22 was like no other experience. Those children have so much talent and passion for music that I am so inspired and proud to be their biggest fan."
