Jason Aldean turned to the Internet to make a terminally ill child's dream come true. The singer learned about seven-year-old Tyson Zimmer and his fight with brain cancer on Twitter after family and friends requested that Jason send the little boy a message.

Tyson and his family were also interviewed on Lincoln, Nebraska's KOLN-TV, where Tyson's mom, Liz Duerig said, "If Jason Aldean even just sent a video message, that would make his day big time."

So that's just what Jason did in a video on the social networking site WhoSay. Jason also told little Tyson they would meet at an upcoming show, and he sent four backstage passes to bring his family to the show, in addition to autographed posters and CDs.

Tyson and his family are going to Disney World through the Make-a-Wish Foundation next week.

The family is also trying to get to Jason's concert in Illinois on May 11th or 12th. If you'd like to help raise money for their airfare to the show, email tysonsfightagainstcancer@gmail.com to buy a $5 wristband that says "Say Fight Cure."
