• George Strait headlined the inaugural event at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, with Reba McEntire, Blake Shelton and Lee Ann Womack in 2009.

• Lee Ann Womack's single, "Last Call," was released to radio in 2008.

• Toby Keith picked up two gold singles for "I Love This Bar" and his duet with Willie Nelson, "Beer For My Horses," in 2005.

• Former Trick Pony lead singer Heidi Newfield married sports agent Bill Johnson in Sandestin, Florida in 2004.

• Rascal Flatts' self-titled debut album was released in 2000.

• George Strait's "I Just Want To Dance With You" climbed to Number One on the Billboard country chart in 1998.

• Conway Twitty claimed the Number One spot on the Billboard country chart with "Hello Darlin'" in 1970.

• Buck Owens' "Together Again" took him to Number One on the Billboard country singles chart in 1964.
