• Dierks Bentley's "Settle For A Slowdown" topped the Billboard country singles chart in 2006.

• Big & Rich's "Save A Horse (Ride A Cowboy)" earned a platinum single certification in 2005.

• Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney were arrested in Buffalo, New York, after a backstage skirmish at Ralph Wilson Stadium on the George Strait tour in 2000. Kenny took a ride on a policeman's horse, and Tim got in a fight with cops. They were both acquitted.

• Tim McGraw's "Everywhere" album was released in 1997.

• Reba McEntire married manager Narvel Blackstock in Lake Tahoe in 1989.
