The customer is not always right.

It's not clear what precipitated this nasty confrontation, but you can bet the fast food worker at the center of it will have a fear of windows for the rest of her life.

Look, we're all aware that customer service can be bad and that it can be downright awful at a fast food joint where the employees are not exactly emotionally invested in their jobs, but this reaction from the customer is alarming.

Did the employee spit in the food? Make a joke about the customer's mother? Not give enough ketchup packets?

Whatever the reason, it looks like the customer was in the wrong. You simply can't go through life yanking people out of windows. That was actually one of the 10 commandments in the rough draft, but it got edited out. Videos like this prove maybe it shouldn't have.
