Brownie and Raindrop – Humane Society Pets of the Week!

We have a small step in our bedroom, and my cat likes to lay next to it, with her head in what I perceive to be an awkward position. Whether or not I think it looks comfortable is irrelevant because she continues to sleep like that every day. Next to her special blanket, it's where she's likely to be found if she's not hunting a bug or waking me up at 4am to tell me how much she likes getting scratched behind the ear. Not all pets have a special place that they can call their own, and that's where you come in.

The Humane Society shelters pets, gets them the care they need, gives them the love they’re craving, and does their best to place them in permanent homes. Brownie

Brownis is a medium sized, young, male, terrier mix. He's fun loving, likes to takes walks, and will play fetch like no other! He’s been neutered, is up-to-date on shots, microchipped, and dewormed. Raindrop

Raindrop is a small, adult, female, short-haired cat. She's just a little thing and she has a lot of energy. She likes to play and snuggle, and is sure to melt your heart! She's been spayed, is heartworm tested and on preventative, up-to-date on shots, dewormed, and microchipped. Just one look at raindrop and you know she'd be a great fit for your home, so introduce yourself!
