So, what exactly is the Classic all about and who is it for?

Wade and his family started their own foundation to raise money for kids in need and charitable organizations that are close to their hearts.

In the past six years the Bowen Classic has raised over a million dollars for charities that help children. This year a portion of the proceeds will go to Avance and the Boys and Girls Club, in Wade’s hometown of Waco.

Avance, a charity whose mission is to unlock America’s potential by strengthening families in at-risk communities through effective parent education and support programs.

The Boys and Girls Clubs of America, a charity whose mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring responsible citizens.
